Custom-Made & Made-to-Measure Garment Return and Exchange Policy

Sales Finalisation

Upon receiving full payment and order confirmation from Envy Activewear, all sales are deemed final.

Shipping Times for Made-to-Measure Leotards

Manufacture times (from order to ready-to-ship) can fluctuate based on customer demand. You can find our current estimated manufacturing durations here.

We dispatch all orders through Australia Post, originating from Albion Park, NSW, 2527, Australia. Shipping costs, both domestic and international, are conveniently calculated for you during the online checkout process.

Combined Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer a service to consolidate shipping across multiple orders. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on Australia Post's rates for weight and value (including shipping insurance when applicable). While we previously provided this service, it was discontinued several seasons ago. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping of High-Value International Orders

For international orders exceeding a total value of $2000 AUD, your items will be shipped in multiple packages. This helps ensure compliance with shipping regulations and provides added security for your purchases during transit.

International Customs Fees Responsibility

For orders outside of Australia, please be advised that importing a leotard into your country may incur customs fees. These charges are not included in Envy Activewear's shipping quote and, if assessed, are payable by you to your local customs agency upon the leotard's arrival.

Measurement Responsibility

Envy Activewear produces all leotards based on the measurements provided by the Customer at the time of order. We are not responsible for misfits resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

Design and Colour Deviations

Minor discrepancies in design or colour compared to website illustrations or social media photos are to be expected and are not grounds for complaints.

Limitations of Liability

Envy Activewear will not provide replacements, refunds, adjustments, or compensation if the customer:

  • Provides incorrect measurements.
  • Selects an undesired design, colour scheme, or crystal design.
  • Experiences minor discrepancies in design or colour compared to website illustrations or social media photos.
  • Fails to adhere to laundry or wearing instructions.
Valid Grounds for Adjustments, Replacements or Compensation

Exceptions exist for refunds, replacements, adjustments, or compensation if:

  • The garment diverges significantly from the chosen design or colour. However, individual creation may lead to slight variations.
  • There are major workmanship defects in the garment.
  • The garment does not align with the measurements given by the customer.
Complaint Procedure

In the event of valid complaints, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If we determine your complaint as valid, we may:

  • Accept the garment for alteration.
  • Manufacture a replacement based on the original specifications.
  • Offer reasonable compensation. In these specific cases, Envy Activewear will cover the return shipping costs, provided we approve the shipping method and associated costs beforehand.
Other Alteration Circumstances

For all other scenarios not specified above, customers bear the responsibility for all costs related to shipping and alterations, given that Envy Activewear consents to the garment alteration.

Exceptions to Returnable Products

Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.

Missing Items

Should your parcel arrive missing any items due to our oversight, we will cover the cost to send the missing items to you.

Upon receiving your package, please ensure you open your parcel then check all items are included. Claims for missing items cannot be accepted after 7 days of receipt.

Damaged or Non-Delivery

Envy Activewear is not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping or fail to arrive. We strongly recommend that customers opt for insured shipping for added protection. If your parcel is insured and encounters any issues during transit, please contact Australia Post directly to address the matter.

Products Deemed Faulty

At Envy Activewear, we uphold stringent quality control measures, meticulously inspecting all our products. If you suspect you've received a damaged product, it's crucial to reach out to us with your purchase details within 7 days. In many cases, we can identify and offer solutions swiftly, ensuring minimal inconvenience for you.
