📜 Terms & Conditions

 

1. Design Ownership

All custom designs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Envy Activewear. We reserve the right to reproduce or modify any design after a period of 2 years.

 

2. Design Fee & Revisions

The design fee covers the creation of your custom digital design, including three minor revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the included three will be charged at $35 per hour. The design fee does not include the cost of the leotards.

 

3. Manufacturing & Order Fulfillment

Once the design is complete, you will receive access to a private ordering page to purchase your bespoke leotards. Production times will follow our standard manufacturing schedule, which can be viewed here.

 

4. Pricing & Fabric Considerations

The cost of the final leotards depends on the package selected. If any fabric choices or design modifications increase the cost, we will notify you in advance.

 

5. Respect for Original Designs

We respect original designs and the creativity of other designers. As such, we do not offer services to reproduce or replicate another designer's work.

 

6. New Regulations for Stone Sizes on Acrobatics Leotards

In accordance with the Acrobatic Gymnastics – 2025-2028 Code of Points, all acrobatics leotards from Envy Activewear will now use stones with a maximum diameter of 10mm to comply with the updated regulations.

 

7. General Terms & Conditions

All bespoke leotard orders are also subject to the general terms, conditions, and policies outlined on our website. Please review these before placing your order.

  • Collaborate with our designer – Share your ideas, inspirations, and preferences.
  • 3D Visualisation – See your design come to life with a digital mockup.
  • Refinements included – Your design fee covers three minor revisions to ensure every detail is just right.
  • Custom craftsmanship – Once the design is finalized, order your bespoke leotards through a private ordering page.

  • ⏳ The entire process typically takes 2–3 weeks.
  • 📩 After finalizing your design, you’ll receive exclusive access to an ordering page where you can place your custom leotard order.
  • 🛠 Your order will then follow our standard manufacturing schedule, which can be found here.

💰 Pricing

  • 🎨 Design Fee: $200 (one-time fee, regardless of the number of leotards ordered, includes initial design + 3 minor revisions)
  • ✏ Additional revisions beyond the included three: $35 per hour

💎 Final per leotard cost will depend on the chosen crystal package:

  1. Standard Crystal Package: $310
  2. Premium Crystal Package: $365
  3. Elite Package: $455
  4. International Package: $625
  • Sleeves (if added): +$40

📌 Note: Fabric choices may slightly affect pricing. We will notify you if any design decisions impact the final cost.
