Terms of Service

All orders for ready-made and custom-made garments are subject to Envy Activewear's Return and Exchange Policy

Your Order Confirmation Email

Please review your order confirmation email carefully. Should you find any errors or require changes, contact us within 24 hours. Changes cannot be made once your order is in production or has been shipped.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please notify us via email. Unless cancelled by you or by Envy Activewear, orders remain active. Please note that orders for custom-made or made-to-measure garments cannot be cancelled after production has commenced.

Product Availability of Ready-Made Garments

Envy Activewear product availability is updated daily however, items may occasionally sell out between updates and your order placement. If items are sold out or if there are any delays in manufacturing we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Times for Custom-Made and Made-to-Measure Garments

For our estimated manufacturing times, kindly refer to our Manufacturing Times page.These estimates are based on the receipt of full payment and measurements. Once your order is paid, we will email you with a more accurate manufacturing time.

Please note that we require full payment to reserve production slots. During high-demand seasons, these slots can fill quickly and manufacturing times may extend up to 3 months. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your orders early.

Pricing

Envy Activewear reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Payment

We accept payments via Paypal or direct deposit. Transactions made through Paypal may incur an additional fee, which will be specified at the time of ordering.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars.

International Orders

For orders outside of Australia, please be advised that importing a leotard into your country may incur customs fees. These charges are not included in Envy Activewear's shipping quote and, if assessed, are payable by you to your local customs agency upon the leotard's arrival.

Further Identification

Envy Activewear may request further identification when deemed necessary. We reserve the right to cancel orders if additional identification is either not provided or deemed unsatisfactory.

Promotional Emails

By placing an order with Envy Activewear, you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. To opt-out, reply to any such email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. For additional details, refer to our privacy policy

Refusal to Supply Services or Products

Envy Activewear reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply of products or services without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that Envy Activewear believes violates any of the afore mentioned terms and conditions or at Envy Activewear's sole discretion.

Embellishments and Limitation of Liability

Envy Activewear garments may include hand-applied embellishments such as crystals, pearls, or other decorative elements. While every effort is made to securely attach these elements, due to the nature of stretch fabrics, physical activity, and repeated movement, some embellishments may shift, loosen, or detach at any time.

Customers are responsible for inspecting garments prior to wear (including upon order receipt) and ensuring all embellishments are secure. Care instructions, including guidance on reattaching any loose crystals, are provided prior to delivery and must be followed to maintain garment integrity.

By purchasing from Envy Activewear, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Envy Activewear is not liable for any injury, skin irritation, damage, or incident resulting from loose, dislodged, or damaged embellishments. This includes, but is not limited to, cuts, scratches, allergic reactions, or ingestion by children or others.

Envy Activewear accepts no responsibility for garment-related concerns raised by third parties during training, performance, or competition. This includes issues related to safety, wardrobe malfunction, or judge or coach objections to garment construction, appearance, or embellishment.

Orders Placed by Coaches, Clubs, or Third Parties

Where an order is placed by a coach, club, team manager, or third party on behalf of a gymnast or parent, Envy Activewear considers the individual or organisation that submitted and paid for the order to be the customer. Any communication, approval, or order confirmation provided by this party is considered final.

Envy Activewear is not responsible for any disputes, misunderstandings, or dissatisfaction between the ordering party and the intended recipient. It is the responsibility of the ordering party to ensure that all relevant details, measurements, and approvals have been accurately collected and submitted before production begins.
